Horror News Radio Episode 60 – X-Men: Days of Future Past

X-Men: Days of Future Past  (2014) somehow, miraculously, manages to mix in the X-films (X-Men, X2, The Wolverine) and the First Class X-Men films together while simultaneously negating the negative entries in the franchise (X3 and X-Men Origins). The grue-crew revel in the film’s accomplishments and question some of the time travel shenanigans.

Dave ramps up the news of the week with  Hannibal  Season 3,  The Walking Dead  and  The Overlook Hotel  while Santos takes on a new segment of the show,  Stump the Saint,  featuring horror trivia questions provided by you, the Horror News Radio listener!

Co-hosts  Doc Rotten,  Santos (The Black Saint) Ellin Jr.,  Dave Dreher,  Thomas Mariani and Vixen are back again this week to give you the best in horror as they recap, review and obliterate all that is horror this week!   The Black Saint’s Horror Trivia Contest continues this week with the winner of the Insight Editions’ latest book  Godzilla: The Art of Destruction.

X-Men Days of Future Past (2014)
The gang’s all here, just about every single character in the X-Men series is included in the latest X-Men film,  X-Men: Days of Future Past. Based on a famous two-part story from the early 1980’s from Chris Claremont and John Byrne, Bryan Singer’s return to franchise mixes time travel with all the favorites to produce one of the genres best films. All this and they succeed in making Quicksilver awesome! Gadzooks!
